The objective of Shared Services Cost Allocation methodology represents a fundamental shift in cost and performance management within Qatar Foundation.  The strategic direction for shared services is not to just share out costs but to arrive at cost base that is affordable, leading to cost and service improvement.  We are working towards better allocation of costs to activities and action by managers to change structure, processes and systems.
The phased discipline of cost allocation methodology is to ensure shared services providers meet customer expectations and the price they are prepared to pay. 
Shared Services Support Team in partnership with key stakeholders will monitor the implementation plan and assess progress on agreed measures i.e. customer satisfaction and cost savings.
