This section is designed for the customers to look at the performance metrics devised by all the directorates and see how they are faring against them. Performance Reporting is an enabling activity within QF Shared Services, which will keep the customers informed on the progress and performance of various processes. It is considered as an integral tool so that all the activities carried out filter down in some form of a performance matrix as an absence of it would allow a Shared Services setup to stray away from its overall strategic objectives. Hence the rationale to build the performance measures as close to the objectives of QF Shared Services, which are eventually the QF Strategic Objectives.
