Shared Services, the model through which organizations capture economies of scale and generate greater operational efficiencies, will play a vital role in Qatar Foundation in building new capabilities and a service culture while successfully transitioning stakeholders to be customers and partners.
Qatar Foundation (QF) Shared Services is a phased initiative sponsored by QF's Vice-President of Administration, Mr. Rashid Al Naimi, to consolidate the back-office functions of QF, Branch Campuses, Centers, and Joint Ventures within a common infrastructure that focuses on:

• Continual service improvement
• Increased value to customers
• Better integrated technology
• Increased team work
• Higher satisfaction of stakeholders
The Shared Services Support team, is responsible for facilitating the shared services delivery programme within Qatar Foundation. The Qatar Foundation Shared Services Delivery Programme focuses on the development of robust and efficient processes amongst the Qatar Foundation key functions and embeds a strong customer-centric culture as the organization grows. The team is comprised of experienced business analysts who provide a range of capabilities including, but not limited to:
• Management & Delivery of business & IT Programs & Projects
• Management of business-driven changes & Stakeholder communication
• Design & Implementation of Performance measurement & reporting frameworks
• Development of Transaction modeling & cost allocation methodologies
• Implementation of Service Management Frameworks, best practices related to Service Delivery & Support
• Implementation and audit of Quality Management Systems
