SLAs

As part of the Shared Services roll out at Qatar Foundation, each Service Provider has drafted a Base Level, Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA details the Service Management scope for the Directorates and then also goes into the detail around the performance measures underlined to offer the services. It also lists out the expectations and deliverables on part of both the Service Providers and Customers.

The following SLAs are the 2009/10 versions.
