

The student employment program is aimed to help students in Education City gain work experience as well enable them to earn extra money will doing so. All students in Education City may work in any of the branch campuses or centres within Education City. To qualify for this program, a student must be enrolled in one of the branch campuses, Academic Bridge Program or Qatar Academy. A student may work up to 20 hours a week while classes are in session, and 40 hours during class breaks. Current programs are:

Community Building means getting to know your residents and fellow staff members, both individually and collectively, by investing time and energy into activities and events that will help facilitate the development of positive and meaningful relationships. Housing and Residence Life offers a leadership program each spring semester for students who are interested in strengthening their leadership abilities. Students who participate in the program will learn experiential-based skills training in topics such as communication and organizational skills, problem solving, and the importance of service in community. The focus of the course is to address two primary questions regarding leadership:
Leaders in Residence is based on the five practices of exemplary leaders offered by James Kouzes and Barry Posner in their book The Leadership Challenge.
