Through the Facilities Management Department Work Control section, Qatar Foundation provides a single point of contact to process all Facilities Management related work requests and accelerate action for all work orders. This ensures that capital projects and maintenance and service work orders are coordinated in an efficient and professional manner in accordance with Qatar Foundation standards. The Work Control section maintains direct and extensive contact with customers within Education City and all Qatar Foundation centers.

All Qatar Foundation and tenant institutions, staff, students and contractors are responsible to contact the Helpline for all Facilities Management related work requests.
