The Application Process
Generally, the hiring process extends over a two-month period.
- On completion of the screening process, Human Resources, in consultation with thehiring department, selects those individuals it feels are the strongest candidates and recommends the top four for telephonic/local interviews.
- Human Resources ensures that interviews are conducted fairly and consistently. HR\uman Resources will provide interview guidelines to the candidates -- job description/documentation, formats and evaluation procedures -- before the interview begins.
- An interview committee will conduct the interviews and finalize the top candidate and issue offer letter. Human Resources will conduct reference checks to validate information provided by the candidate on their resume and application, and to obtain information regarding the candidate's work performance.
