
The Human Resources Department complements Qatar Foundation's strategic objectives by putting in place processes and systems that take advantage of synergies across Foundation's constituencies to optimize the use of resources, while not compromising program objectives. As part of a shared services strategy, Human Resourcesoperates as a business unit and adopts the business culture of a service provider.
Human Resources reconciles the personnel needs of the Foundation, its branch campuses and centers and, as per service level agreements, provides corporate human resources services in all areas associated with generalist human resources, manpower planning and recruitment, performance management, compensation management, career development, employee training and development, immigration services and organizational development for the Qatar Foundation, the branch campuses and centers, as well as for many other start-up organizations and reputed institutions.
Human Resource's vision is to work as a service-oriented partner to develop and maintain effective policies, efficient processes, practical programs and prompt and comprehensive services related to the human resource needs of the Qatar Foundation and, as requested, the Education City community.
Our mission is to develop human capital and facilitate Qatar Foundation's evolution as an international leader in education and research by focusing on providing proactive, service-oriented human resource services, solutions and support to the Foundation and Education City.
The Human Resources Department comprises three sections: Career Development & Recruitment, Personnel Administration and Immigration Services.
