Why is Qatar Foundation investing such a lot of money in large buildings if the number of students is so small?
Education City is being built as the future for education in Qatar. The State of Qatar is committed to providing its citizens and the citizens of the region with world-class university facilities now and for the future. Since the first class was admitted ten years ago Education City has grown year on year. Substantial growth of the region is expected to drive more and more students to Education City.

The six campuses at Education City are campuses of some of the most prestigious universities in the United States offering degrees across major study areas.
