How much funding does research get and where does the money come from?
Research is a core pillar of the Qatar Foundation. As such the Foundation is investing significantly to the development of research facilities and through grants and support of organizations that chose to conduct R&D at Education City.

What role does Qatar Foundation play in human development, locally and regionally?
The earliest initiatives of the Qatar Foundation were in the fields of health and community service. The Foundation’s Community pillar aims to improve the quality of life of Qataris and citizens of the region. Through health programs and dedicated community development organizations Qatar Foundation is making real improvements to the community in Qatar and abroad.
